My aunt, who is in Tainan called me a couple days ago, asking me why I haven't put any new pictures on my blog...(I thought nobody visits my blog anymore because it's been soooo long since last time I updated...haha)
Adam had to make a few trips to Korea for his work soon after we came back from our little family vacation in Kenting in April. In July, a lot of our friends in Utah came visit Taiwan and we had a little Salt Lake 39th Chinese Ward reunion here in Hsinchu. Our good friends Shawn and Amei stayed with us for a couple days and we went on a 2 days trip to Hualien Taroko on the east coast of Taiwan (just 10 days before we had a baby!...) It was a lot of driving, but it was so much fun hanging out with them!
Okay, back to the topic. Lenny came at 7:53 am on Wednesday July 15th, 2009. My water broke around 4 am in the morning. We hurried and packed some stuff to get ready to go to the hospital (we didn't have the infant car seat ready in the car because we didn't know Lenny would come 11 days early, so before we left the house, Adam hurried and grabbed the car seat we just took out of the box days before and threw it in the car...guess what? He forgot to get the base for the car seat. So, when we left the hospital on Friday, I sat in the back holding the car seat with Lenny sitting in it really really tight while Adam was being extremely careful driving at a 20-miles-per-hour speed...I'm glad we made it home safely... : ))
We got to the hospital at 5 am and I started having some mild contractions. At 6:40am, I decided to get an epidural because the contractions were getting stronger and the pain was getting more and more unbearable. It was a perfect timing when I got the epidural because I went from 3 centimeter to fully dilated in only half an hour. Both Adam and I can't believe how fast the labor progressed and went the second time we had baby. I literally did 3 or 4 pushes before Lenny came out! It was such a quick labor!

Two most important men in my life...(okay, besides my dad...)
Adam probably can't wait to tell Lenny everything he knows about baseball when he grows up...haha
