Formosa Water Park

The whole summer we've been wanting to take Rainny to the water park because we know she'll definitely love it a lot there. This Wednesday we finally decided to take her to Formosa Water Park in Taipei because they are one of the rare water parks in Taiwan that don't make you wear those ugly swimming caps before you go in the water...haha
When Rainny woke up in the morning, we told her we were taking her swimming, and she was in such a good mood that she didn't even scream or try to kick us when we changed her diaper and put on her clothes. After we got off the highway, we had to drive on a really winding road to get to the park, and poor little Rainny got car sick and puked in the car...
Rainny got to play in her favorite kiddie pool, and despite the fact that she wasn't allowed to go on most of the slides, she was still able to go tubing on two slides with us! (...after we promised the life guard that we'd be extra careful and made sure that Rainny was wearing her life jacket...hee :p)

We spent the whole afternoon there and had so much fun that Adam and I want to plan for another trip to a different water park in September! : )

Rainny on July Baby Life Magazine Cover

Rainny's second time on a baby magazine cover! This cover photo was actually taken back in April, just days before we went to America. There were also 4 or 5 other babies in the studio that day for the Baby Life Magazine cover photo shoot, so we really didn't know if they would put Rainny on their cover. After we came back to Taiwan in June, one afternoon I got a phone call from their editor-in-chief saying that they wanted to put Rainny's picture on their July cover!!! And they did!!! Both Adam and I love the picture they chose for their cover. : )
